What to expect after TeamWork installation

After a successful TeamWork installation, you can expect to see the PowerUser client shortcut on the Windows desktop:

You should also see a corresponding TeamWork Application Integration icon added to the Windows system tray:

And a new Windows Start menu program folder should be present that includes shortcuts to all of the programs you chose to install as well as a Help folder containing shortcuts to electronic Help versions of related guides.

A log file is created in the TeamWork installation folder (for example, C:\Program Files\BC-TeamWork) named BCTW<Version>-Setup<BuildNumber>.log. This log file is a complete record of the actions that were taken by the setup program, and may be useful for support purposes. This file is not removed if TeamWork is uninstalled.

Note    If you installed a TeamWork upgrade, your vaults will need to be manually upgraded before they can be seen by the TeamWork clients.
